gym life // getting antsy

so I’ve followed my power training program for about 5 months now and I’m itching for a change. My goal has been to check out crossfit, particularly to learn some Olympic lifts with barbells and kettlebells, and I may do so in the next few weeks. I need a change up in my routine.

Full body tonight:

– warmup with thrusters
– snatch with just the bb
– back squats – still at 95 lbs. I need to practice this more
– good mornings
– Superset pushups with barbell rows

Then I finished with sprints on the treadmill for 16 minutes. 30 -45 seconds at 8.8 – 9.6 mph. Haven’t done near max hiit in awhile – felt so good!
